The room is located in downtown Edmonton at 10030-102nd Street. The venue is inside a historic brick building, originally constructed in 1925 by the Salvation Army to house its northern Alberta headquarters.

The Starlight Room is a "members-only" facility. Entry is available to individuals whom possessing a Starlite Room membership card. The Victory Lounge is also situated at 10030-102nd Street - one level below the Starlite Room. The Victory is open seven days a week for regular lunch and dinner. It's a famous spot for daytime business luncheons, after work refreshments or dinner before a Starlite show.
